- Yes, the Lord knows you, my dear sister. I cannot say I know how you feel, but I can't help but think about Naomi after the loss of her husband and two sons. I believe with all my being that God still has purpose for you, just as he did for Naomi as Ruth's advisor. Perhaps there is someone trying to cling to you now, to share the enormous grief you are bearing. Please don't close yourself off and become bitter. You will find joy again. I'll be praying for you even as I grieve the loss of my father. Take care and God bless.
